•  2004.5 Post-doctor of optics Engineering Station of Tianjin University. 
•    2002.4 Graduated from The Postgraduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences (specialized in the field of condensed matter physics in Changchun Fine Mechanics and Physics Institute ) and awarded doctor degree of Science.
•    1983.7 Graduated from Department of Physics of North-East Normal University and awarded Bachelor of Science.
  Research Interest
  •    Optoelectronic materials and devices, Planar display, Solar cell, Vacuum technology and thin film.
  •   Research on luminescence, especially on optoelectronic functional thin film and organic optoelectronic devices including organic solar cell and organic thin film transistor.
  •   Proof of the existence of solid state cathodoluminescence and discovery of its integration of excitation with injection type organic electroluminescence.
