Solutions for dynamic spectrum access technique to improve spectrum efficiency have been intensively researched. Spectrum pooling enables the secondary usage of the licensed frequency bands. Based on the concept of spectrum pooling, we propose a cooperation scheme between two service providers operating in a specific area. We present an analytical model to evaluate the performance of an opportunistic spectrum pooling scenario between two operators. |
